Production Sequence
How an order becomes a product.

Product Requirement
We start with the product, quantity, finish and application. For projects this usually means a door schedule or BOQ; for distributors and importers, an assortment and packing plan.

Design & Specification
Dimensions, sections, fixings and tolerances are fixed against the door and lock the product will work with. Drawings are shared for approval where the item is customised.

Raw Material SelectionTo confirm
Base metal is selected for the product and finish — brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminium or steel — and checked on receipt before it enters production.

ManufacturingTo confirm
Components are produced through the processes appropriate to the item, including casting, forging and machining operations.
- 05
Surface FinishingTo confirm
Polishing, buffing, plating and coating are carried out to the approved finish reference, which is the stage that most affects how consistent a project looks.

Assembly
Handles, roses, plates, spindles and fixings are brought together as complete sets, so what arrives on site is ready to fit.
- 07
Quality Inspection
Material, dimensions, finish, assembly and function are checked against the approved sample before an order is released for packing.
- 08
Packaging
Products are poly-bagged with fixings, packed into inner boxes and master cartons, and labelled to the buyer's requirement including private-label packing.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched against the agreed schedule — phased for construction sites, consolidated for distributors, and export-packed for shipment.

Materials
Brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminium and steel are used across the range, selected per product and finish.
Finishing
Polishing, buffing, plating and coating are carried out against an approved physical finish sample retained as the production reference.
Assembly
Sets are assembled complete with roses, escutcheons, spindles and fixings so site fitting does not depend on loose components arriving separately.
Production Planning
Orders are planned against delivery schedules — phased for construction sites, consolidated for distributors, and timed to shipment dates for exports.
CapacityTo confirm
Monthly capacity figures to be provided by the company. We publish capacity only once it can be stated accurately.
Custom Development
New products are developed from drawings, samples or reference products, with feasibility confirmed before any commitment is made.
Materials
The metal decides most of what follows.
Brass
Cast and machined brass, suitable for solid architectural hardware and a wide finish range.
Typically used for: Lever handles, knobs, mortise sets, traditional fittings
Stainless Steel
Used where a cooler tone and satin or mirror finish is specified.
Typically used for: Pull handles, lever handles, commercial applications
Zinc Alloy
Pressure die-cast, suited to detailed forms and coated finishes at project volumes.
Typically used for: Lever handles, knobs, roses, escutcheons
Aluminium
Lighter sections for large pulls and accessories where weight matters.
Typically used for: Pull handles, brackets, accessories
Mild Steel
Coated steel for bolts, brackets and functional fittings.
Typically used for: Tower bolts, brackets, stoppers
